A Bendigo local, Louise established Naturopathic Connections with the goal of using her own naturopathic qualifications as a connecting and supporting modality in conjunction with other allied health therapies. 20 years later, she has seen it grow from an individual practice to a successful multi-discipline, holistic clinic with a strong focus on nutrition, integrative health and client empowerment.

Louise is passionate in providing health care to both the young and young at heart, and uses her extensive knowledge and expertise to guide her clients with simple yet effective methods such as Herbal Medicine, Bowen Therapy, Iridology and Kinesiology muscle testing.

Louise’s main aim is to provide a caring and tailored approach to each individual’s healthcare needs. Her special interest areas include women’s hormone balance, fertility and preconception balance, children’s health, digestive ailments, immune support and allergies/intolerances. 

Having worked both in Melbourne and Bendigo, Louise has a strong referral base and excellent relationship with many allied health and medical professionals. Her vast experience in her field has resulted in her becoming one of Bendigo’s leading and most respected naturopaths.  

Louise completed a four year Bachelor of Health Science - Naturopathy degree at Southern School of Natural Therapies in Melbourne, Victoria in 2000 and furthered her studies in Bowen Therapy with the International School of Bowen Therapy. Louise is a member of the Australian Natural Therapist’s Association and the Bowen Therapists Federation of Australia.

RILEY MCIVOR

Bowen Therapy & Dry Needling Practitioner, Pilates Instructor

Riley’s life long exposure and interest in complimentary medicine, health and natural therapies has drawn him to a career in Bowen Therapy and Dry Needling. He has completed his studies at the renowned International School of Bowen Therapy.

Another Bendigo local, Riley’s background in sport, particularly football, has influenced his focus in using Bowen and Dry Needling to enhance sporting performance, for the relief and recovery of amateur and professional sporting injuries as well as to provide an effective therapy for those who desire a priority of physical health and wellbeing. 

Riley’s personal experience within the local sporting community and down to earth, caring manner combines exceptionally well with his Bowen Therapy and Dry Needling skills. Recently Riley has completed certificates in Clinical Pilates and Personal Training.

With 15 years experience and Joy’s strong knowledge of body mechanics for performing thorough pre and post --treatment assessment and designing effective treatment plans allows for a high quality and targeted massage session for you.

Joy has a keen ability to assess clients' individual needs and tailor treatments accordingly, ensuring a truly therapeutic and transformative experience. Joy's attention to detail, strong communication skills, and genuine passion for the art of massage therapy contribute to her ability to create a welcoming and rejuvenating atmosphere for clients.
